Boarding.
We provide a comprehensive, science- and experience-based approach to sporthorse care.
Services and amenities.
-
Riding facilities.
Enjoy views of the Front Range while riding in our regulation-sized (20m x 60m) outdoor show ring, with judges booths’ and shaded spectator viewing, or stay protected from the elements in our heated indoor, featuring short- and long-side mirrors, a state of the art sound system, and a viewing gallery for instructors and spectators. Both arenas feature MasterBlend sand-and-fiber footing from Premier Equestrian, and are maintained daily. A gallop track and hacking paths provide ample experiences outside the arena as well.

Live in or out — options for every horse.
Board your horse in one of our fourteen 12’×12’ stall (with Dutch doors) in our heated stall barn, or outside in one of our twelve 24’×24’ runs with a shelter. Care is identical for indoor and outdoor living situations, allowing you to choose based on what’s best for your horse’s physical and mental health. All stalls and runs have automatic waterers. (Coming in 2025: field board for retirees!)
-
Streamlined amenities.
Two wash racks with hot and cold water along with one combination grooming and farrier’s bay help keep our oversized, 14’ wide aisle clear. Tack lockers are provided for all of our clients to keep their belongings organized and efficiently stored. A 6000 square foot Lester storage building, built in 2024, stores hay, equipment, blankets, bedding, and tools out of the weather and out of the way of our clients.
-
Creature comforts for horses and people.
Both our barn and indoor arena are heated throughout the Colorado winter, meaning we’re able to function well on even the coldest days. With insulated automatic waterers inside and frost-free ones outside, horses always have access to safe drinking water. An environmentally-friendly fly misting system in the barn helps keep our fly load down in the summer, and a climate controlled client lounge with kitchenette provides a pleasant gathering place inside the barn.
-
Turnout and blanketing.
We provide daily turnout (weather permitting) in a combination of grass pastures (for those who can go out on grass) and dry lots (for those who can’t). Turnouts have automatic waterers and safe electric fencing. We offer individual turnout where appropriate, but can also try to match your horse with a friend if possible. All horses (inside and out) are blanketed appropriately for the weather all year round. Pastures are maintained regularly, and dry lots are tilled for the safety of horses with metabolic challenges.

A science-based feed program.
We feed high quality grass hay four times per day, and utilize a variety of slow-feed systems to try to keep forage in front of our horses for as much of the day as possible. We feed concentrates from Tribute Equine Nutrition, as well as any owner-provided supplements and medications, two times a day. We work regularly with both Tribute’s staff nutritionist and an independent equine nutrition advisor to optimize our horses’ diets to support performance and metabolic health, and have substantial experience caring for horses with metabolic conditions, including PPID (Cushing’s Disease) and Equine Metabolic Syndrome. Special diets (owner-provided) can also be accommodated where medically indicated.
